PRE-OP APPOINTMENT QUESTIONS?????????????????

MY PRE-OP IS TOMORROW. CAN ANYONE THINK OF QUESTIONS TO ASK THAT THEY FEEL ARE REALLY IMPORTANT AT THIS STAGE OF THE JOURNEY????????????????? THANKS!!!!!!! GOD BLESS Y'ALL DAWN & NICK

Well Miss Lady D* I had my Pre-op today. Nothing to it. All I did was pre-register, weight, temp, blood pressure, listened to my lungs and heart, signed paperwork and talk to a Dr. Whooopie do. lol They said there was no need to have blood work done or anything. Just a urine pregnancy test the day of surgery ( who are we kidding ) ha-ha I hope yours was as easy as mine!! Keep me posted!!! Erin

Hi Dawn, congrats on ur pre op ....hope all goes well for u....I know ur really excited as your surgery date is almost here. You are simply going to be amazed in a short time how good u feel.....I am post of 17 days and I feel better than I have in a long time.....just hang in there stay positive and put a big smile on your face...as this is your day to begin on the losing side of life... I forgot to ask in my pre op how long I would actually be in hospital...I had the surgery one morning and was out by lunch the next day....dont forget your pillows.....smiles to u and best of luck.....

i actually think that you were one of the very few that feels that great after surgery and get out of the hospital in 1 day....
