7 days and counting
I am now in my 2nd month and to be honest I am eating pretty much anything except sugar and pasta and lots of bread. I am eating mostly protein, but I can now eat fruits and veggies, which I am so happy about. I am exercising, I go to curves 3-4 times a week and I love it, and I walk when I can. I am so happy, this is has been the best decision I ever made! I have so much energy!
