Good luck Allison! Dr. Steiner did my surgery on August 18th and I have lost 60 pounds and no complications! They are wonderful there. I hope everything will go as smoothy as mine has, good luck! Amanda M

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with St. Joe and their Center for Weight Loss. I like hearing positive things about them. Amanda, Did you see the article in the Lexington Hearld Leader about them on Sunday? I have ignored it

Me, too! Me, too! I think I'm so excited that I'm physically drained of energy right now! Tomorrow a.m. I go do all my pre-op stuff at the hospital. Hopefully it won't take too long. Just think, tomorrow morning we can say, "6 days and counting...". Peggy B.

I am now in my 2nd month and to be honest I am eating pretty much anything except sugar and pasta and lots of bread. I am eating mostly protein, but I can now eat fruits and veggies, which I am so happy about. I am exercising, I go to curves 3-4 times a week and I love it, and I walk when I can. I am so happy, this is has been the best decision I ever made! I have so much energy! Amanda M
