Oct 10th!!! I am so nervous

Well I have one week to go before surgery. I am getting so nervous. I am excited at the same time. I can barely sleep. I am leaving for Dallas tomorrow - I live about 6 hours away. I have preop assesments at Methodist hospital on Wednesday (chest xray, abdominal sonogram, ABG's, & ekg) and then I will have surgery on Monday. I will just stay in Dallas until the 15th. I will post when I get out of the hospital. I hope all goes well with all that are having surgery this month. Yall will all be in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs, Sammie

Hi Sammie I'm two day after you. I'm feeling the exact same way. I am anxious to have it over with. Just thing two weeks from now it will all be behind us and we will be at home recouperating telling all the pre-ops there is nothing to worry about

Sammie, I felt the same way tonight Sammie. My prayers were answered because everywhere I turn tonight (after I got up knowing I would not sleep) I have found a prayer that has comforted me. ~God Bless~ Heather

hi sammie i know exactly how u feel i have the same day as u and my nerves are getting the best of me right now theres some dayz where i cant even keep still. then theres dayz where its like oh my gosh im finally gettin it and ill be healthy and thin sooon. its just sooo crazy and words cant really do justice to what i feel but its awesome. hey youll do great i mean we'll do great !!! take care byee now
