my surgery date is october 3rd (mon). I am heather and i'm excited too ladies. I have tried and bought 3 bottles of the ISoPURE. it is ok. --Not my favorite..its like there is an after taste, but i can tolerate it..well, now at least i can. i also bought a container of carb solutions ( vanilla) so I will at least have some options available to me.

Hi Heather! 7 days left for us!!! Which flavors of Isopure did you try? So far I have only been brave enough to try Alpine Punch and Apple Melon. Haven't been hit by the after taste yet and I'm hoping I won't suddenly hate it POST OP because I'm picking up a case for $30 this week! I love Carb Solutions, it's sooo affordable. I buy 5 cans at a time! I'm a chocolate girl though, never liked vanilla much. Did you like the vanilla? Talk to you soon! Vi

Hi everyone my surgery is Oct. 5,2005 .I ordered a bunch of protien samples from bariatriceating.com .The one I liked the best is IDS vanilla-cinnamon it has a real good taste.Hope I will be able to handle it after surgery I just ordered 2lbs of it.I am also a little nervous but also excited about having surgery.

Hi Linda! Did you get that shaker cup at bariatriceating.com with your order? I was curious to know if you like it? The stainless steel one looked nice too. I just ordered a shaker cup similar to the plastic one, but I got it from Avon under the "Curves" line.
