Well I think I did pretty good on food choices today...how did you all do?
6am 12oz hot peppermint tea
645am 16 oz cinnamon pecan coffee with a splash of sugar free hazelnut syrup
Breakfast: 730ish Slim Fast low carb shake
Snack: snack sized low fat cheese
Lunch: mini bagel with a bit of margarine/bit of strawberry preserves/5 baby carrots with low fat jalepeno ranch dressing/1/2 cup of green grapes
Snack: sugar free swiss miss vanilla pudding/atkins protein snack bar (pretty good dipped in pudding)
Dinner: grilled cheese sandwich on reduced cal bread and lowfat cheese and a bit of parkay
And that's it.....no chips...no candy......yay!
Vitamins: all taken
Exercise: 14834 steps on pedometer/40 min bike/25 situps/15 pushups
Taking one day at a time.
