Happy New Year
Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy New Year and to ask how everyone is doing?
I feel like I have sliped a bit but I am still very HEALTHY. I am going to get my snacking under control and make good choices. That is my goal. No starving diets, no weird 10day diets, just make better choices. I know that is all it takes. Right now I am looking at 10 pounds I would like to lose, hell that is so much better than starting the new year hoping to lose 150. But if I don't pay attention to this I may wake up tomorrow and it be 150 I need to lose.
