Carbs and sugar
I have also posted this question on the main board.....
I know this question has been asked a thousand times but please bare with me......
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how many sugar grams per serving is too much and how many carbs per day we are suppose to consume? I just want the bare miminum amount so I can make sure that I dont over do anything.....

As far as the sugar it's different for everyone. I, personally, have to stay at around 5 grams or under but I have a friend that can eat as much sugar as she wants without dumping. I'm not sure about the carbs - I focus pretty heavily on protein so I usually don't worry about how many carbs I'm getting.

I never counted grams of sugar. I can eat some and when I start to find I'm not feeling so great I stop. I've never dumped. I do notice that if I eat too many carbs I'm hungrey and start snacking. If I eat protien and my carbs come from veggies I'm never hungrey or feel like snacking but for me this is hard to stick too. I've lost 130 lbs but would like to lose about ten more. I haven't lost weight in months but I think I could if I could just stick to a low carb diet.

I think what you said makes a lot of since. I went to Waffel house this morning w/ my son and I sampled his chocolate chip/pecan waffle and I can not stop snacking today. I am going to gho back to meat and veggies and see if I can get over this issue. I do not ingest too many sugar grams but I do eat those 100 calorie snack packs. I dont dump but I have noticed that I tend to eat more when I eat them. I have lost 90 lbs in 14 months. I was a lightweight to begin and I feel like I am probably not going to loose much more weight, but I want to loose between 15-25 more pounds...just for me. The weight I am at now is great...I am in a size 12 - havent been that size since I was that age- Lol.....I have increased the water, and exercise....I am working on the protein....We are going to master this....It is coming I can feel it!
