sorry Ihavent been around alot.I have finally moved outof vinnys place and into my own things are going weel im down a ****load of weight and keep losing fast. turkey day went ok had a little bit of everything not much else is new Kim

Good to see you! Turkey day went ok here too, pouchy got a little grumbly but didn't get too bad. Too many strange foods all at once! Glad yours went well.
