I havent Been On Here In Forever.....

I'm officially a yr. out as of 10.28.2006......and man what a yr. its been, each day I'm happier and happier that I had this surgery, and I've actually been an inspiration to a few people whom have decided to have the surgery too, I'm very happy for them, I'm sure they will be just as happy as I am.... Although I would have liked to have lost a total of 200lbs. by this yr. anniversary, loosing 160lbs. aint so bad either....I feel great and from what I'm told I look pretty good too, I just turned 40 yrs. old three weeks ago and I FEEL GREAT!!!, I had a great celebration with friends and family, it was truly a weekend THAT WONT BE FORGOTTEN.... I feel guilty about seemingly abandoning my OH profile and all my friends here, believe me its not done with itent, its just that this yr. has been like a ride on a rollercoaster, not so much up and down, but just so much has taken place in my life, I barely have time for me, that's why I planned a big bash for my birthday, I plan on being more involved with OH, and finally updating my profile and adding new pics.... Finally I would like to say CONGRATULATIONS to all my fellow Octoberies, WE DID IT YA'LL, WE DID IT, no regrets here hopefully none with any of you either.... Latricia, Welcome back. You've been missed. Congrats on losing 160lbs thats awesome. I've lost 150lbs. I turned 42 about a month ago and feel younger and have more energy. Can't wait to see your new pics. I have some under my site. Thanks for the Conrgats. Keep up the greast work. Lisa J. in Mass

Latricia, it's great you came back for a visit! You have so much to be proud of, losing an incredible 160 pounds. Can you imagine ever having done that without WLS to make it possible?
