HI! Long time no see!

Well My life has been so busy lately I have not been on in forever. and to be honest I was ashamed to say My eating is WAY out of line. I have gained 10-11 lb and I cannot seem to get it back off. I am eating constantly. I have seriously considered going to counselling because I feel like i am unconsiously sabitasing my success. I pray you are all doing great, Deb 392/229-239/200

Aww Deb...I'm sorry you're struggling right now. I think everyone gets in to these rough spots along this journey, but you are aware of it, and you know you can pull yourself out of this!! The hardest part is facing and admitting the issue! Don't be ashamed of yourself, you've come so far and have been victorious at losing weight! Get back to the basics....protein, vitamins, water, exercise, and you'll get back on track. We are all here for you...hang in there and be proud!! Shelly

Hi Deb~ I'm sorry about your weight gain I'm sure it's very easy to do! I agree with Shelly..go back to the basics (protein, water, exercise). You can do it! What helps me is journaling. When I want to eat eat eat..I get out the journal and write how I'm feeling and 9x out of 10, I'm not hungry, I'm just letting my emotions tell me to eat. Counseling does help alot! Maybe for the meantime to help get yourself on track, buddy up with one of us and maybe do menus together and get an exercise schedule going.

Deb, Can you do fit day.com or something else that will help you to keep track of things? I know that when I don't do fitday I feel out of control and can have some food amnesia. I enter everything I eat and all of my activity there. It keeps me honest with myself. Also, I find that if I have to enter food and count it, I'm usually less likely to eat - especially what's bad for me. hi deb its me linda youngblood i was in class with you and carrie and ? cant think of her name and i was to have my surgery after you but it did not work out that way cause you had a bad time so me and carrie had surgery that saturday yes saturday girl i new you when you have came a long way i am so proud of you and work so hard that 10 or 11 lb will come off keep up the hard work and you look great proud of you linda youngblood ps and some times i eat to when i am stress out or when i have a lot on my mind will good luck.****
