Discouraged
I am just looking for a little encouragement. I am almost a year out and I have lot 78 pounds. ( from 249-171 ) I seen my doc last week and he said the wl is great and I am on target but like everyone else, I feel I should have lost more by now. I will admint there I have not exercised as much as I should have and that I have started experiementing more with foods. I just want to know if yall could give me some encourgement/hints/tips about getting back on track.
Thanks....
Cynamon,
I'm in the same boat as you. I've lost 150lbs, don't get to work out much and feel I should be losing more I only had a 6lbs loss from 07/14/06-10/19/06, last visit with my surgeon.
I need to get back on track. If you get any of those encouraging words, please send them my way.
Thanks,

Hang in there Cynamon!!! We all struggle from time to time, but don't get yourself down! Think of how far you've come and what an accomplishment it is!! Put it in to perspective any way you can!!
You've lost.... 312 sticks of butter!!!
If you put all of that on your dinner table, that would give you a good picture of your accomplishment. You are on target...you are still losing! I too slowed down in my weight loss, only losing 15 pounds the past 3 months, but the point is...I'm still losing, and that is what matters!!
Keep up the water, vitamins, and protein, and try to exercise...even if it's only once a week, it helped to get me jump started again!!
We're all here rooting for you!
