Way to go, October Peeps...

Awesome job Dennis,
Can't believe that it's October, 2006 and we are either 1yr out of approaching it fast. What a year it has been.
My loss is much slower. I think my old eating habits are creeping back. I'm not into this as much as I was at 1st. I just have to focus and get back on track.
Sending a great big hug back to you.

What a year! I have lost 87 pounds going from 258 to 170!! I am beside myself with excitement! I can't believe a year has already gone by. I remember this time last year, I was crying my eyes out wondering what in the h*ll I had done to myself. Now look at me! I ride my bike for 3-4 miles, walk 2-3 miles, play with my son, buy clothes off the missy rack (no more plus sizes for this one!) and just enjoy life so much more. Never thought that was possible, but I have so much fun! Especially when someone I haven't seen in a while sees me and goes on and on about how great I look! The thing I'm looking most forward too is this Halloween I am going dressed as a WENCH! I have the sexy shirt and leather vest, black boots, the whole shabag! I can't wait! This is the first time I have ever been able to be something other than a witch!
Congrats to all you other October 05 peeps!!
Hey Dennis, I too am at a stall at 208 for 3 weeks now, before that it was 218 for 3 months. I seems that my body doesn't want to get below that 200 pound mark. I still exercise 90 minutes a day which I feel makes me have more energy and feel so much better. You look great and good luck with your journey.
