obstruction oh crap..........

Hi All , Well yesterday i woke up in so much pain i new i better get to the doc,so they do a ct scan and i have a impacted bowel,well doc told me to come home and do a bowel prep and if that does not work for relief that i will need to go back under the knife just like i did in june for bowel obstructions.........i am tired and i am so upset,i get in all my fluids but he said they are kinked so who knows what might happen....i will keep ya updated...............hugs cheermom 242\150\125woooooo

You must be so uncomfortable! Ouch! I hope you don't need more surgery. Was this somehow caused by WLS, or would this have happened anyway? I hope the bowel prep does the trick. Nasty process to go through, but better than having surgery. Sheryl

yes sheryl it is because of the wls and i was told that the adhesion rapping around the intetsines is just one of the complication listed.........but i have a great doc and he is the best to me, so pray for me that this bowel prep works.................cheermom
