Vegas Trip 3/20-3/23

The NY NY can not accomodate us. The reservation specialist suggested that I contact Treasure Island with is one of their sister properties. The Luxor, Bellagio, MGM, Mandalay (full), Circus Circus (not an option), Excalibur, are also their sister properties. So, my question becomes where do you want me to check next. I was going to look into Treasure Island, Excalibur and the Luxor. I'm open to all suggestions. Talk with you later. Keke

Bellagio is the nicest, but also the priciest. Luxor is a nice facility, but I have not been in their rooms. If anyone has a fear of heights, they may have a problem with this hotel because of the way it's laid out. MGM Grand is nice - decent price, good location on strip, good restaurants. Only possible downside is that it's huge - can be somewhat overwhelming. This would probably be my first choice in terms of value for the price. It's also in a good location on the Strip. Excalibur - can't recall if it's recently undergone renovation. If so, might be worth checking out. If not, I'd put it on the bottom of the list. Good luck! Kellie

Check out the Rio, I hear that's where they have a male strip club. I could be wrong. When I went to Vegas a few yrs ago. I loved the Excalibur. Kiki, did you try the vacationoutlet site they may have something that could accomodat all. It doesn't hurt to call and ask. Who knows they could give a group discount. Great pic, by the way. Thank you Keke for working so hard to do all of this. This past year I've stayed at the Luxor, Mandalay Bay, Excalibur,and Stratosphere. I'd say either the Luxor or Mandalay Bay. Excalibur wasn't horrible, just older. Stratosphere isn't good due to location IMHO. MGM is huge but I've stayed there in the past and thought it was good too. That's my $0.02. Just curious..is NY NY booked out already? Is that why they referred you elsewhere? Shelly

I was exchanging messages with an agent at the hotel. I think they could accomodate us but with much higher prices than requested. Because when I went on the website they had rooms available but not for the cheaper rate. She suggested I visit one of their sister properties. Thanks for your two cents ) Talk to you later. keke

I'm not sure where else to check..I'll think about it..I'm still trying to figure out if I can go and hopefully I will be able to know after Christmas. My husband and I stayed at the Excalibur last August and we were so disappointed with the service and the room..the price was right but not to the expecations that we were assuming and had in the past from them. I'm going to be having a few days off soon...hopefully I won't get called in..but I'll do some checking as well and see what I can find! Take care
