Vegas Update

The dates for the Vegas Reunion will be March 20-23, 2007. It is cheaper for us to be there during the week rather than the weekend. The hotel I've chosen is the New York, New York. I'm waiting for them to get back wtih me concerning a group rate. I'm pushing for $89 but we may end up with $129 and that's better than most of the rates I've seen (so let's keep our fingers crossed)! Once we establish a hotel, then we'll plan our activities. I figured we could meet for a late dinner Tuesday night or just have a breakfast/brunch together Wednesday morning. Take care! Talk with you later. Keke

Keke: I sent this before but I don't think it posted...first thanks so much for doing all the foot work on this...New York, New York is a great hostel and we will have so much fun......we love Las Vegas...and what a fun place to have our reunion...did you get your prices on line or what? i'm sure you will get the group rate...why because the October Peeps are coming to town...again thanks so much for doing this... Keke, I'm really looking forward to this! Thanks for working to pull it together. I wonder if any of our sisters and brothers with neighboring surgery dates (like Sept 2005 and Nov 2005) would want to join us? We all are at about the same place in our journey, and it might be fun with a larger group. I've got the dates marked on my calendar! Sheryl

Keke, I'll clear the calendar for that date and start getting prices for flights to Vegas. My son is stationed there at Nellis - so I'm happy about the Vegas thing for sure. Before I moved up here to Eureka, I could have driven there -- so it goes. The group rate is a great idea. see you in the Spring! Cheryl
