Finally Losing

Well after 10 weeks and no weight lose. I am down 4 pounds this week!!! I was afraid I was done and I still have 75 lbs to go. Went back to basics and it paid off. Jen 362/230/155

What is with this 10 week thing. I have not lost any in 10 weeks either. I seem to think it was my thyroid overacting being the cause of my not losing weight but I see others have had this problem also. Vio9let
