Anyone trained or have done a 5K?
Walking about.com is a great walkers training guide. I used the half marethon training guide and it was great I am going for a full marethon soon. they also have 5 and 10 k guides. if you run then just use thedistance part of thr training.
Mainly, just get out there and walk. do not walk a couple of days befor the race. let your body refual and build back the energy needed to do your best for the race.
