PLATEAU BUSTED!!!
Good News. You know I don't believe in those plateau busting diets! So I did my own little regimen.
I cut my calories to back to what I was taking in the first 3 months after my surgery. I cut down to 800-950 calories per day.
I have been sticking to this and I actually did it. I eat breakfast, drink, eat lunch, drink, eat a snack, drink, go home and eat dinner, drink. I also waited 30 minutes after I eat to drink. Which really helped! Cause I always eat and drink together (I know I am bad!)
Lowering my calories and upping my fluids, I have dropped back down again!
I was at 153 and went up to 157. I am back to 153 again this morning. That's only in 3 days!
I am going to continue this regiman until the end of next week. I actually feel like my pouch is back to normal. I was over eating, stress eating and eating out of boredom. I had to take control, because I never want to look like what I did before!
