Weekly exercise recap
Okay, not getting many (any!) responses to the daily exercise reminders, so am trying a weekly check-in. I really found this helpful when Keke was doing it, so hope folks don't mind even if I'm the only one that posts here. It's helps keep me accountable to myself. Anyway, here's my activities for the week:
Monday: 45 minutes elliptical trainer
Tuesday: 35 minutes elliptical trainer, 45 minutes water aerobics
Wednesday: nothing
Thursday: 45 minutes elliptical trainer
Friday: will do 45 minutes elliptical trainer after work
Saturday: cleaning my basement - we've had so much rain tha****er seeped in around my foundation, so I need to move things, clean up, take out old, wet carpetting, etc.
