Gym is open (Wednesday)
Alright, fellow Octoberites. Our losses are slowing down, but we can keep them moving along by moving our bodies!
So far this week, I've done the following:
Monday: 45 minutes on elliptical trainer
Tuesday: 35 minutes on elliptical trainer, 45 minutes of water aerobics
Today, I won't make it to the gym because I'm attending a birthday celebration after work. But tomorrow I'm planning to repeat Tuesday's activities (elliptical plus water aerobics).
