Hospitalized again

Hello Everyone, I went back into the hospital last Wednesday night due to a 103 degree fever following my hernia repair. As it turned out, I have a staph infection. They had to place a PICC line. I was finally released from the hospital yesterday, but I'm on a home I.V. for at least four weeks. They are hoping to kill the infection. Unfortunately, it is very likely that the mesh that was placed to help secure the hernia is also infected. If that does not clear out, they will have to go back in and remove the mesh which I hear is not a pleasant thing. In addition, they would have to leave the wound open to heal from the inside out. So, please if you all could just say a little prayer for me I would really appreciate it. Thank you all for your continued support. Megen 389/269/180
