Hi October peeps...how great are we...here it is 9 months out...Well lets step up to the plate ...what are we eating these days? ...I am stalled at the same weight for the last two months....ba humbug ...is this the end? Let get motivated and get those last pounds off....come on peeps we can do this..just 3 more months and it will be a year...so next...step up to the plate...what are we eating these days...? Dennis

Please don't ask this question, Dennis, lol, I hate to lie....lol. I eat .... Breakfast: Weight Control Oatmeal ( Banana Nut Bread ) Snack: Land O' Lakes Cheese ( small wrapped snack portion ) Lunch: Campbells Vegetable Beef Soup ( only 60 calories! ) Snack: Fat Free Cottage Cheese ( 4 oz ) Dinner ( I am making whole wheat spaghetti ) I have been a little bad lately. But I went grocery shopping last night and bought a lot of healthy fruits, veggies, and meals. I need to get my stall to budge! Erin 310/158/151

Hi Dennis..........don't worry!! you no that everybody is diff........you no i went to the doc for a check up and he told me to stop losing and maintain, well i wonder how....he told me to up my carbs lol.........well i weighed 136 last week this week i weigh 133, so who knows what to do.........well you take care and just keep on top of things ok..................vickie r. break- weight control oatmeal-with a half bann snack-protein drink lunch-3oz egg salad.....a few chips.......piece of chesse snack-cheesecake pudding with protein powder mixed in dinner-3 oz chicken,beans,and a small piece bread snack-protein drink

Too darn much, that's what! Some days I'm great, keeping calories around 1,200, drinking lots of water, getting in 80-100 grams of protein, plus a good workout (45 minutes on elliptical). Other days, the calories creep up closer to 1,600 and the water intake goes down. I've only lost about 2 pounds in the past 4 weeks, with lots of up and down in the same 4-5 pound range. Of course, for 11 days of those 4 weeks, I was on vacation, so ate lots of stuff I do not normally allow myself to have... Anyway, I'm trying to get myself back on track this week, so today has been/will be: Breakfast: 1 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/2 cup blueberries and 3 tbsp. SF jam Liquid: 16 oz. Propel Lunch: small Wendy's chili, 4 saltine crackers, SF lemon-poppyseed snack cake Liquid: 16 oz. Propel Snack: 8 oz. Breyer's Light yogurt w/ 3 tbsp. Bear Naked granola Liquid: 16 oz. water Dinner: 4 oz. turkey, green beans (from Boston Market) Liquid: 16 oz. water

Dennis, Excellent question! My surgery was 10/05 and my starting weight was 330 and today I'm at 180...however I've been at 180 for a month now..........so that said...I need to get the last 15 pounds off....I suppose eating popcorn and chips and salsa or sf cookies here and there isn't going to cut it...so I'm back on track to my typical day w/ is..... (exercise) all my vitamins( 3 chewable completes, 1 biotin, 1 vit. c tablet and 2x a week b-12 sub and 1 x a week b 1) (minus the calcium- I take it in the evening) 1 cup D-caff coffee Break-1 string cheese, 3 strips of l-fat bacon or oatmeal or a protien bar 1 23 oz. propel water Lunch- 1 cup of turkey chili w/ cheese or a salad w/ cheese and an oz. of raisons 1 23 oz propel water Sup- either a salad w/ cheese or wendys small chili snack-sugar free popcycles this is pretty much all my staples...I either eat one or the other listed........ sometimes I snack on beef jerky or a protien bar or those mini boxes of raisons....... I ran my schedule past my nut. because I was concerned that the scale isn't moving and she said to continue what I'm doing and make sure I get in at least 60-65 grams of protien a day.....and of course to keep exercising..... any-way good to know I'm not alone and that any suggestions on my shedule or vit. let me know.... Breakfast : Isopure protein shake mixed with decaf coffee Snack 15 almonds Lunch: tuna salad wrap..bout half snack: detour protein bar Dinner; Baked Chicken salad with FF ranch snack: cheese stick 40-50 ounces of water..yes i need more highest weight march 2005 400 surgery weight october 2005 368 9 months later 258 goal weight 199 after plastic goal weight 170
