Gym is Open (Monday)
Okay folks, lots of us are having issues with our weight loss slowing down. If we want to keep those scales moving in the right direction (down!), we need to keep ourselves moving! So what are YOU going to do TODAY???
I'm going to the gym after for for 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer, while listening to music on my new iPod!
