Are you going to move to lose today? Or just to feel better? If so, please post what you've done or what you plan to do! I plan to do 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer after work! Let's keep moving folks Kellie

HI Kellie, I HAVE to go to the gym tonight. I missed the last two nights (was sick). So tonight, I'll do my 30 minutes on the treadmill and then tonight with be arms and stomach on the weights. I'm on a plan to work up to jogging (yes, that's right... jogging) 3 miles on the treadmill. So this week (3 days) I warm up for 5 minutes then for the next 20 minutes I alternate by doing 90 seconds of jogging, then 120 seconds of fast walking. Then a 5 minute cool down. Last weeks 3 days were 60 seconds / 90 second increments. It's a neat way to build up endurance! Keep moving! Mary

'Atta girl, Mary! Keep up the good work. I don't think my knees could handle jogging, but they do fine on the elliptical. Sounds like you are making good progress in working up to jogging - very impressive Kellie
