I'm Scared.........Am iblowing it???????????

Ok...I'm 9 months out post RNY (Oct 5th 2005) and have currently lost around 150lbs. My concern is.... I need to loose another 20 pounds.....and I'm definately slowing down. I just came off vacation....and didn't gain weight but I didn't loose. I am feeling really "fat" because I picked alot while on vacaction (eating crap like, popcorn and "sugar free" cookies and didn't drink my water. Now that I'm back to work and back on a consistant schedule hopefully I can get back on track. Yesterday I got up...exercised had 1 protien bar(20 grams of protien) then a few hours later had 3 strips of bacon. Then for lunch I had a half cup of broc. cheese soup and 1oz. of raisons. Then for supper I had 2 taco bell chicken soft tacos (I ate the insides- not the shell) had 1 oz. of soy chips (9 grams of protien) and then a little later another 1 oz. protien bar(20 more prams of protien). I had 2 bottles of water throughout the day and 3 cups of decaff coffee.............Am I over doing it? I really need to get this other 20lbs off....I ready to meet w/ my dietician and get her thoughts...Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hey Vickie, You are not over doing it what so ever. I just got out of a 2 months stall. Yes two whole months just losing maybe 1-4 lbs. It will slow down dramatically! I to have lost 150 lbs. I am just now starting to look thin. I eat normal, in fact I eat a lot more than I used to, but it's still coming off. So please do not worry, it will come off again! You are doing great and making the choices that feel right for you. Your food and water selection is by the book. Believe in you - you are in charge (and doing a darn good job of it). Ann
