Be thankful you don't have "female plumbing"!!! I'll be doing ok for 2 weeks out of the month, then "female stall" for 2 weeks. I've been losing less than 10 lbs a month now, and only 6.5 so far for this month so it's going even a little slower now. I guess it's to be expected this many months out, but yes, truly frustrating at times. I think our bodies are trying to hold on to that last bit of weight but do believe it will come off in time - just VERY AGONIZINGLY SLOWLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We'll get there - we gotta hang in there! I know people say the scale is not our friend but I just can't dump the thing - it calls to me every morning! I call my scale "half-pound Hank". It is digital but only gives you lbs, and half lbs. So one day I'll lose a lb, but the next day be up a 1/2 lb. Up, down, up down, then finally a lb will stay off for a couple days. It's quite a yo yo this scale but I can't seem to live without it!!! I'll hang tough if you will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have a good day and take care! Carol

I am right there with you but I measured and have lost inches. It is so disheartening to exercise and watch every bite and still struggle to lose 2 pounds a month. Violet

Don't lose heart, Dennis, it must be something about month 8 because I was down about 5 lbs and then up 4 so basically I ended the month right where I started! I no longer fret over it though because I know in my heart that it will happen in good time! This surgery has been a miracle. Hugs, Vi

I am right with you! I have not lost a lb in over 6 weeks. And I do not think I am loseing inches either. But I have come to the conclusion, this is were my body wants to be and that is fine for me. I am doing better than I have been in my audlt life. so if I do not lose another lb that is ok with me. As long as I do not gain!!!! That is not to say I wouldn't like to lose another 50 -70. Good luck, Deb

My scale isn't moving much either, but my clothing size continues to go down.... I am sticking to Atkins mostly right now and walking an hour a day.....I have lost 81 pounds and want to lost 5 more to get to my goal of being a normal weight for my height!! I am happy if the scale goes down a pound every couple weeks now.....our bodies must be having to adjust big time to all the changes our bodies are going through.... Hang in there and be patient and take supremely good care of yourself..

I have lost about 85 and cant seem to lose anymore, I am walking some days 4 miles and everyday at least 2 miles. I love your last name,, it was my maiden name. All my Love family comes mostly from Kentucky though. Good luck with your weight loss. Linda ( Love) Petrey
