Weekly exercise 6/18-6/24
I've been aweful lately. I'm so stressed out with work that I havent had time to exercise. But I'm going on vacation tomorrow and hopefully I'll return rejuvenated. I know I'll be doing a lot of walking Thursday through Monday so at least I'll be getting some movement in. Take care and keep up the good work....................
I pulled a hamstring last tue so I just walked 30 min a day for the rest of the week. I started weight training (15 machines @12 reps each, with the last 2 being almost impossible) again this morning and I'll see how it goes I really don't want to rip that muscle, it hurt worse than a siatic nerve pinch. I've been doing the weight training for almost 2 months now and I can really see a difference, especially in my arms. The muscle is taking the place of the shrinking fat cells so they aren't so flabby any more, only about a 3in. section does the "wave back" now.
