Weekly exercise recap
Okay, hopefully I'm not stepping on Keke's toes since she usually starts these posts, but here I go anyway:
Sunday: Housework
Monday: 40 minutes on elliptical
Tuesday: 45 minutes of water aerobics
Wednesday: day off
Thursday: 30 minute fast-paced walk, 45 minutes of water aerobics
Friday: 40 minutes on elliptical
Saturday: planning to do lots of housework and yard work
Let's keep moving, everyone!!!

Monday: 1 hour on the eliptical, 20 treadmill
Tuesday: painting and mowing the lawn 4 hours
Wednesday: painted back porch and garage 6 hours
Thursday: bike ride 2 hours
Friday: 40 eliptical, 25 treadmill and weights
Saturday: 33 eliptical, 38 treadmill, one and a half hour bike ride
