Please don't misunderstand me. Goal has several different meanings. It is not necessarily a specifc weight set by "norms". It is what you decide your goal is to be. Having read all that you all have done already - my hat is off to you all. It is very obvious that you are working very hard and striving to be where you want to be. If the goal for your 1 year is the number pre-set great if you want it to be. Very honestly, and I am afraid to admit it, my goal isn't a weight. My surgeon has never once mentioned a number to me. My personal 1 year goal is to have the combo of weight loss and my Multiple Sclerosis at an equilberum (sp) that I can esercise consistently, which is something I am currently unable to do. I have no number attached to my goal. So if I made anyone mad that was not my intent. The intent was just to contiue a previous thread about 1 year goals. It was just an Ann

Hi Ann, I don't know what happened. I must have missed something. I have no problems with you asking what our "YEAR" goal is. No biggie. I feel if we can't ask questions and be open in this room, then where can you? We are here to support each other. There is never a bad idea or question in my book. Don't worry, it will all blow over, whatever happened. Erin 310/292/166/151

Ann, I didnt know you also have ms. I was diagnosed a year ago in may and know what you mean by the exercise and have my ms be in balance. my weight goal is one that I personally set for myself. the doc never gave me a set # either. Kim 276/190/111
