GOAL! 101 pounds gone forever
Hi Octoberites,
I've been moving and starting a new job and not at the computer very much. That doesn't mean I don't miss you and that I don't need the support of my friends anymore.
I am at goal. I had my 7-month anniversary on June 3. I wrote a nice long post about the changes and my computer ate it during an Internet Explorer error. Wish I'd saved it, but I might just write it again.
Life is good. I feel GREAT. I can walk anywhere I want to walk. I can sit in the bathtub when I feel like it. I can get on the floor and do stuff without grabbing onto the furniture to get me back up again.
I do not eat sugar. I do dump. I have only dumped once and intend to keep it that way.
I read every label every time and I always ask before I eat restaurant food, as to how many grams of sugar are in what I'm about to eat.
I have trouble with rice, so I don't eat it.
I have trouble with noodles, so I don't eat them.
I have trouble with mushrooms that don't seem to be able to be chewed enough to ever stay down.
I take my vitamins every day.
I get my protein in every day, although it's usually a Profect because it's easy even though it's expensive. I'm not a shake person even if it was a "real" milkshake.
I'm still working on getting all my fluids in, but I'm better than I was before. I keep a Propel with me at all times. It's got 2g sugars in 8 ounces, but if I drink it and I don't dump -- then it's all good. I also drink Fruit 2-0 and Aquafina Splash.
I put in for my Century Card, but I think it takes a while.
I hope all of you are doing well, feeling well, losing weight and enjoing life.
Cheryl
