I did exactly what you told me to do. I took a walk up a hill, through the field with my puppy. Then once I hit a 1/2 way point I jogged!! I jogged for 2 minutes instead of 1 like you said. But I felt I could do more, so I did. I came home, just a bit out of breath. But nothing like before. I couldn't even think of jogging before for 5 seconds, let alone a whole 2 minutes. So I am going to do that every night I get a chance. Just build up to a 30 minute straight jog. Maybe the weight will start flying off again. THANKS AGAIN MARCIA! Erin 292/168/151

I too am trying to jog a little on my walks but I feel so uncoordinated when I begin running. Violet

'Atta girl, Erin! Sounds like a great way to get some more exercise - personally, I take whatever opportunities I can to try new things. Sometimes I like them, sometimes I don't, but I figure the broader variety of exercise I enjoy, the less likely I am to become bored with my routine. Keep jogging, girlfriend, keep jogging Kellie 396/257/165?

Erin, I just read your post! That is so great! Have you been keeping up with it? You will be so surprised at how fast you progress, even if you do it every other day, you will be at 30 min. before you know it and the weight WILL come off. Good job! Marcia
