Hi Melissa, you look great!!!!!!! I can tell you have lost alot. I started out at 242lbs and i now weigh 147lbs.......but i wanna weigh 140lbs but everyone around me says don't lose no more.........docs goal was 150. But i look at you and you look so skinny!!!!!!! Vickie r.

Awww Vickie, thank you. Everyone around me says don't lose anymore either, but hey I don't know how to stop it, plus it's slowed down to a crawl anyway. Thanks for the "skinny" compliment, but I have a ways before I get there, hehehe Melissa
