I'm being nosey---------what's your goal?
Pre-op weight: 396
Current weight: 261
Goal weight: between 150-165
Pre-op size: snug 36 in pants, 5X/6X in tops
Current size: comfy 24 in pants, 2X/3X in tops
Things I'm doing that I wouldn't have done prior to weight loss surgery:
Taking the stairs.
Parking far away instead of cruising for the closest spot.
Wearing clothes that fit, instead of loose-fitting stuff.
Finding "steals" on the clearance rack!

Thanks Keke! Everyone is doing so well!
Pre-op Weight: 389
Present Weight: 283
Goal Weight: 180 (but I would be ok at 200)
Pre-op Size: 32 pants; 30/32 shirts
Present Size: 24, but they are getting loose.....
I think I'll actually be wearing a much smaller size after I get this cantaloupe size hernia fixed. It's right below my belly button (from a c-section in 2004).
Things I do now that I couldn't before: running with or chasing after my daughter; sitting in a booth at a restaurant (impossible before); comfortable in movie theater seats; wearing a regular belt on an airplane; feeling full; more confidence; exercising comfortably..........the list goes on and on..........

Hey Keke!
My goal weight is 145 and that's because that weight will put me in the "normal" BMI category! I'm almost to "overweight" now, which is very exciting since I started off Super Morbidly Obese! I'm 178.5 right now, down from 289.5 on surgery day (will be 8 months next week), and my highest weight ever was 317.
Things that I wouldn't have done prior to WLS - wow just about everything! Just simple things are now exciting because before they were very hard or impossible. I do have a bicycle now and enjoy riding it so much! I couldn't ride a bike for about 20 years so this is pretty neat for me! I am really looking forward to going to the beach this summer and to the waterslide at the local park.
I feel truly blessed to have had this surgery - and the "icing on the cake" is having you all here to support me and share with me! You guys are DA BOMB!!!!!!
You are doing great also girl - keep it up! Thanks for posting this, it was nice!
Take care, Carol in Miami
