Here's my plan for the week. I'll check in on Sunday and let you know how I did!
Monday: 40 minutes elliptical
Tuesday: 40 minutes elliptical
Wednesday: 30 minute walk outdoors at lunch time
Thursday: 40 minutes elliptical
Friday: 40 minutes elliptical
Saturday: an hour bike ride (or 40 minutes elliptical if the weather is crappy)
Sunday: and on the 7th day, she rests
