Post Your WOW Moments!!
Okay, I know you must have had some, let's share them! Mine was walking all over & I do mean ALL OVER New Orleans 3 days in a row. Yeah, my legs (calves) hurt, but we probably totalled 20+ miles easily. Never ever could I have done that 6 months ago!! Also being able to wear some cute sleeveless stuff with shorts was a big wow for me!! Especially since they were size 14!!
Oh, and being the scale ***** that we know I am, I decided to get on fully clothed before I peed this morning & they said 178.7!! WooHoo!! I had been stuck at 182.6 for about 2 weeks & that was butt nekkid!! Yall know those clothes & pee weiged at least 5 pounds!!
Come out & share!!

I had two people from my past see me and walk by me because they didn't know who I was until I called out to them and stopped them -- and I had one friend CRY when she saw me recently for the first time since my surgery -- she needs the surgery badly but has been afraid and after seeing me she's getting the courage to have it done -- that touched me like nothing else could. She can barely walk or get out of her house, yet she struggled just to get to my new support group this past Sunday and I am so proud of her!
Hi Gina......... well i had a wow day yesterday. I have a 10 yr old daughter,so i was outside and she came up behind me and said im gonna pick you up. I'm like samantha you can't pick mommy up........well was i fooled, that kid picked me right up off the ground.........all i could do was cry!!!! My baby picked up her mommy........well thats my big wow................... Vickie r.
I had a WOW the other evening. My kids were weighing themselves to see who weighed more (they are fraternal twins), and they asked my husband and me to weigh ourselves, so they could read off the numbers. My weight was only a couple of pounds higher than my husband! I hadn't thought of it in those terms before. Soon I will weigh less than him...that has rarely happened in all our years together.
The other WOW was that I felt OK about letting my husband see the number on the scale; I haven't done that before.
