6 month progress
Hey all..
It has been a long, long time since I have posted. So many health issues. Going to see a neurologist next week. I am a bit concerned.
Well. as of yesterday I have lost 125 lbs...down from 335...something like that...so all in all I am happy. I still workout a lot and the only skin issues I am having is between my thighs..it is droopy and makes me look terrible in a bathing suit.
I have so many questions that no one seems to be able to answer. Like will I eat 1200 calories for the rest of my life? My dietician said, yes, but I am like how will I ever maintain a weight if I don't eat more. Anyway I guess it will all be trial and error at this point.
