Breakfast: bananna
went to gym and did elliptical for 25 minutes and bike for 25 minutes
Lunch: (50 grams) strawberry and cream protein shake
snack: 21 grams of protein bar
dinner: 3oz of baked pink salmon, 2 oz oif brown rice and some mixed veggies on the side
2.2 L of water and all my vitamins

gym: 10 min eliptical, 15 min weight training
2oz beef jerky
3 mini pretzles (my cheat for the day)
12 oz coffee w/splenda
20oz Dasani Rasberry H2O
sm nuked red hot burrito with all the tortilla that could be removed w/SF ketchup
1oz beef jerky
2 slices pepper jack cheese
12oz crystal light
I'll probably go home and have a half container of NSA yogurt (I'm still at work)
still trying to figure out how to get the protien shakes in. found out last month I've become lactose intolerant (in high doses anyway, like 8oz for the shakes). Real bumber because I love milk.
