Day 1 plateau buster

Breakfast...protein bar lunch can of tuna with ff mayo Dinner 3 ounces of chicken with ff ranch Snack protein drink water...4 bottles of water...tomorrow I am going for 5. starting plateau weight 275

Day 1 plateau buster I was doing great yesterday.....an example to follow....but at night I had a taco...Grrrr I'm so upset I ate it, the "good" thing is that I ate it so fast & didn't chew chew chew...I got terribly terribly sick and threw it all up....so I'm with Keke and will restart today...I messed up, but you just get up and keep on going right!! Breakfast...1 hard boiled egg snack...babybel light cheese Lunch: Starkist Tuna Fillets 1/2 a bag 2.5 oz Snack the other 1/2 of the Tuna Fillets 2.5 oz Protein Shake 32 protein Dinner ---tongue taco (taco de lengua)---...I threw up... Water: 2 quarts!!!!! Vitamins --all of them!! starting plateau weight 160.6
