Im starting this today...Anyone else wanna give it a go? How to break a plateau #1 - Do this for 10 days to break a plateau #2 - Drink 2 quarts of water a day #3 - You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day #4 - You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5x a day beef pork chicken turkey lamb fish eggs low fat cheese cottage cheese plain yogurt or artificially sweetened peanut butter beans/legumes You may also have: sugar free popsicles tea or coffee sugar free soda sugar free jello broths/boullion crystal light drinks

Deb I'm with you 100% I'm glad I had only eaten a hard boiled egg when I read this, so I guess I'm of to a good start. I'll weigh myself in a bit and post my weight!! Celia

Hey Girl..., ...You have lost 64 pounds...I noticed...great job...as of today I have lost 65 pounds.......slow, slow but I have been doing about 3 pounds a month....better slow and steady...then not at all...good luck on the plateau buster...it is the same thing...protein, protein...protein....water, water and excercise...I did it and dropped about 3 pounds on it......good luck... Sure Keke...we can do it and you can start tomorrow. I have had such belly pains from all this protein..a nice piece of toast would be good..but aint gonna do it. Im going on a cruise on July 8, and I want to be under 250. We can do it!!
