***I have a problem***

Well kinda, I've been stuck at the same weight for a month now, GRRRRR. Would this be considered a plateau or is it that my body is leveling off at this weight? Melissa 241.5/164/??

I'm doing the same as you Who knows whats going on maybe our body is happy at this weight I'm just trying to up everything like exersize and that to see if it helps but if this is where my body wants to stay I won't complain lol. Marcey 255/164/150

Our bodies normally seek a stopping place; if you want to keep losing, try switching up your daily routine. Change food combinations, add or increase exercise, change up your exercise routine, add more liquids, try adding more dairy (if you can tolerate the lactose). The idea is to change things so your body doesn't know quite what to expect. If we keep doing the exact same thing, our body eventually figures that our and "settles" in at a weight. ive been up and down with about 4 lbs for the last month alos and getten frustrated so i have increased my protein and exercise to see if that helps and im cutten out carbs again Kim 276/194/111

I've been fighting the same three pounds for about three weeks now. It's driving me insane, but I know it's only temporary. I'm planning on kicking my butt into high gear now that the weather's getting nicer too. Hang in there, you're probably just on a plateau. Try increasing your exercise or varying your routine. That should help get your metabolism going again. Congrats on you fantastic success so far. Carol
