Topic: Back on track
This is my experience, not necessarily the experience of all others with the surgery & I hade some anxiety and stress issues that were returned into my life also. (Like - who doesn't??) And, my anti-depressants needed to be adjusted (wondering if increased doseage of Celexa caused this for my body - now decreased). I just wanted to post that since I had a return of my appetite (found it scary) and foods started to taste good - (I went a 'bit' off the trail & discovered the true meaning of dumping), ===> there is good news. THE GOOD NEWS IS: the pendulum swung the other direction and am finding balance again with a stabilized appetite. I post this because MAYBE there were others who had this experience and I wanted to share some hope that it got better. THANK GOD for this tool. It is my job to work WITH the tool. 370.1/263.5/? -106.5

Surgery Date was Oct 28th Day of Surgery Weight was 221 I now weight 145 Lost 76 pounds I drink water, water, water and take all of my vitamins --- Workout at least 4 times a week sometimes 6 just depends on my schedule. I feel great and have two pairs of size 8 pants and the rest are 10 --- I'm hoping that if I continue my exercise I can fit my body into a size 6. I don't feel like I really need to lose anymore weight --- I just need to tone everything up.

Next week I will go on a 3 week holiday to Spain I also went last year (then at about 300 lbs) and now I am going as a 187 lbs woman I have already purchased a bikini top and some short skirts to wear. I am also having my legs waxed (for the first time in my life!!!) by a professional because I will be showing so much more of them than ever before Unfortunately I don't have an idea for a sunny holiday for you as I live in Europe and we tend to go to different places to sun than Americans and Canadians. However, I hope that you will find a good place to show off the new you I think that I will only have some skin removed from my inner thighs as I can also live with the bat wings and I don't want to have a tummy tuc****il I have had some kids.
