Are you sure you got all of it when you copied and pasted? You may have to go back in and try again. I had tried it 3 or 4 times before I got it right. Glad you like it, yours is cute! Happy Holidays!

B- one half cup honey nut cherios in 1% milk. 9 g protein
S- protein shake- 34 g protein in 1% milk
s- 10 chedder cracker fish
L- 1/2 small wendy's chili with small side salad 9g protein

That's unusual, my scheduled appointments are 6 weeks and every 3 months there after for the 1st year.

We welcome everyone to meet to discuss the new and changing issues we face with WLS. Meetings are held at University of New Mexico Hospital. We have been provided with a nice size meeting room just beyond the Cafeteria on the 2nd floor. Park in the parking structure accross the street from hospital and walk across the cat-walk to enter the hospital. Take the main elevator to 2nd floor. From the main elevators on the 2nd floor, take a left towards the Cafeteria. Room is to the far back of the cafeteria.
1st and 3rd Wednesday @ 7:00 PM, Next time we meet will be the 5th of January.

B - herbal tea
s - 1/2 grilled cheese on lite wheat bread
L - Chef BoyArdee shells & tomato sauce (almost the whole container)
s - sugar cookie (NOT sugar-free)
D - 2 oz chicken 3 broccoli florets
S - 8 oz skim milk
Protein drink
Totals: 557 cal, 16 fat, 48 carbs, 58 protein
Total I am working on lots more protein and LOTS less carbs.
