Topic: eat to much?
Sometimes I feel like I eat to much!!!! I will be fine with my eating, but then it seems like once in a while I can eat more then usual. Why is that? Usually after 1/3 cup I am full, but other times, it seems like I eat a cup of food! Anyone else have this? I am doing good weight wise. I had my surgery 10/5/05 and am down about 50 pounds. Any thoughts?

Was having a hard time eating today... but did manage a little bit..
Breakfast - nothing
lunch - 6 lil smokies w/bbq sauce
dinner - 1oz chick and 1oz mashed potatoes w/gravy

Topic: Hi I am new to the Group
Hello I am new to the group, and glad that a friend of mine told me about it. My BMI pre-op was 69 and now it is 49 I have lost over 70 pounds in just 9 weeks. Hope to read more reports and encourage others as we win this battle we have had to fight agains obesity.

Looks like your doing good Lisa. Your down 54# in a little less than 3 months. WOW!
I don't know my weight right now. I can't wait to get home on the 28th so I can weigh in. Not knowing is hard for me.
Today I ate:
Breakfast........3 oz. ham
Snack............ none
Lunch............ mock french toast + surgar free syrup
Snack............ 1 TBS. peanuts
Dinner........... mock french toast, sugar free syrup + 2 oz. ham

Hey, hope everyone is ready for christmas! With our busy schedules I know it is hard to eat at the right time and the right food, well i hope it is just not me.
Today I ate:
Peanuts
cheese
soup
doritos
I thought I had ate alot, but looking at the list i don't seem like too much and might explain why i feel hungry. Too late to get something...

Hi, Cathering - Just FYI, your nutritionist may not have known that Wendy's chili specifically isn't high in fat. It's (for a full cup) 220 calories, 54 from fat (25%), with 17 grams of protein and 6 g of sugar. It was one of the first foods I was able to eat, and I get it by default now when folks want to have fast food. Just FYI, don't know if your nutritionist wants you eating very low fat, but 25% calories from fat is below the 30% the AHA recommends for lowfat eating. Best of luck!

KEWEL!!!!! I checked mine too, out of curiosity -- and I am no longer "morbidly" obese ...but still "severe". I guess at least its BETTER than it was! Wow. That makes me feel good!

Wasnt much in the mood for eating today... so i know i didnt get in my protein at all... Hope everyone is doing great... Have a MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone...
