Wow, your all doing so good. I started at 167# and was 258.5 the day of surgery. My weight loss is soooo slow, at my 6 week check up I had lost 27#
I lost 19.5 in the first 2 weeks so in the next 4 weeks I only lost 8#. This past month I've gone down another 7#. I follow the Dr.s plan so I don't understand why I'm not losing faster.
I have to admit I'm getting depressed.

I'm really excited, and hoping it gets here soon. I have such trouble getting in protein. I really hope this makes the powder more tastey.
Anybody have one. Do you like it? Any special recipes to share?

I hope that sayings not true because I was SLEEPING! I hadn't thought about the no diet resolutions idea, either. I resolve to exercise more, drink more water, and keep my home office more organized. Happy New Year!

October 26th was my rebirth. I went in weighing 283.5 and as of Tuesday the 28th of Dec, I weighed 233.5 exactly a 50 pound loss!!

Oct/28/04 was my re-birthday.started at 345 and today im 296.totaling 49lb's gone 4 good !!I just cant seem to get to 50lb's

Surgery Oct. 26th I've lost 40 lbs so far I also feel like it is not going fast enough

Great job! I had my surgery on 10/20/04 and I have lost 48.5 pounds since then. Hopefully next weeks weigh in will be at least 2 pounds so I can say I have lost 50 pounds!!!

October 4th surgery date and weighed in at 294
As of this morning I wasat 214 for a loss of 80lbs.
