I eat taco bell. I can usually eat the beans and cheese, or maybe 1 taco, or half of a bean burrito. I resently had some of the beans and cheese with a few tortilla chips also. I LOVE to add the HOT sauce. Robin G DS on 10/26/04 249/197/130's down 52 pounds

Hello all you october babys!!! Give yourselfs a round of applause we all look FAB~U~LOS!!! No matter how much lost?, how many sizes down? just hold your head up and say DAMN I LOOK GOOD!!!!!Just think 4 months ago this loss was still a dream!I'm proud of each and every one of us!!With that said heres my question. This may sound stupid but here it goes~~ has any one tryed any thing from taco bell? I've been craving a taco for a week now but i'm kind of scared to try.I have a habit of getting sick when i eat out.I make my own barretos(sp?) with whole wheat wraps.and they do fine but a supreem(sp?)taco would taste better than a milkyway to me at this point.

the key I find is eating slow and chewing that food diffacult since I come from the old eat chew twice and swallow lol. I also worked in retail for a long time so used to eating cold food. I have had a tough time with protien I just ordered some unflavred protien. we will see how that goes.

Hey Lisa - you are doing fabulous and good luck today at school!!! Yesterday: B - protein drink L - 1/2 small slice pizza with meatball, onion & pepper D - 2 oz steak tips, 1/2 c noodles & sauce (crockpot day) S - 1/2 c yogurt with Grapenuts mixed in 1 c Carb Countdown Chocolate milk mixed with Unjury powder I drank probably 2 c skim milk and a couple mugs of tea throughout the day. Much better day - although I still did not come close to my liquids requirments. I am working on it! Finally went to the dr yesterday and I have severe bronchitis. As soon as I can, I will get back to Curves...right now even minimum movement sends me into hacking fits. I did sit down and stretch quite a bit last night and felt sooooo good! Have a great day! BTW - wanted to share this tip I got from someone at Curves a couple of weeks ago - it sounds weird, but its wonderful. Mix 1 box sugar free, fat free, instant chocolate pudding with a container of low fat (you could use fat free, I just hate it) sour cream. It mixes up very thick.......TASTES JUST LIKE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE!! I just top 1/4 c with some Cool Whip, or sneak a bite here and there. This really cures the sweet craving. I want to try some smeared on a graham cracker!

Happy New Year Everyone! I had my RNY 10/20/04. My starting weight was 260 - pre surg weight was 245. I am now down to 205 (40 or 55 lbs down depending when you start counting). I am also down 35.5 inches and down 5 dress sizes. I can't believe it! I do exercise 3 x a day and walk whenever I can. eg (instead of parking close byI find a more remote spot or using the stairs instead of the elevator at work). I actually did miss eating during the holidays but I took a few bites of most things and then it just didn't taste the same. I didn't enjoy the food as much as I used to. THANK GOD! Good luck in the coming year! Joann

I was size 28/26 and now in 22 jeans. Doesnt this just blow your mind? It freaks me out everyday. Anyway, Congrats fellow 1/2 Century loser;)
