Congratulations on the 50# loss. Awsome job. And you aren't 3 months out until the 25th. Almost celebration time!!
I will be three months out tomorrow and have lost 41#. I seem to be one of the slower losers. But at least its going down and not up, LOL.
Welcome to the board, Barbara

I plan to celebrate when I go under 300 lbs. I am still struggling with eating. Soup is what my tummy loves. Thank God my favorite soups are bean soups (lots of protein). I'm glad to read many of your postings to know that I am not alone in what I am experiencing with different foods.
Thanks for sharing.

Topic: Lean cuisine?????
Recently I have become addicted to lean cuisine meals. I have 1 a day as my main meal. I can usually finish the smaller ones but that concerns me. They only average 8-9 oz's....
Does that seem like too much food? I hate worrying all the time.
thanks for your help..

Surgery: Oct 26th
Weight before surgery: 283.5
Weight now: 227.5
LOSS: 56#'s
I tried chicken, yuck. Chicken doesn't agree with me. It gets stuck. I get about 40 oz water in daily, all my protein. Now the exercise bit is a different story....but I will work on it. Congrats to all the October Babies. Life only gets better from here on.

Sorry to hear about your troubles, are you having to have your incision packed with gauze? I had to be opened up in two areas of my incision, no hospital stay thank goodness. Keep us posted on your healing. Are you taking pictures of it... I got a good one of mine... a juicy one!! What can I say... I'm weird that way!!
Topic: RE: Magic Bullet anyone?
I love my Magic Bullet. I buy the bag of mixed fruit at Costco, use the vanilla protein powder, put a few pieces of fruit, 2-3ozs H2o, sometimes, nonfat milk, not always...and blend it up. I Love IT!! I'll have the Chocolate protein powder, 1/2 banana, a frozen strawberry (also from Costco)...yummy. And, with the fat free sugar free pudding the cup is the perfect size. 1 box of pudding, Non fat milk right up to the threaded area, put the blade on and mix it up. you can store it in the fridge in the same cup, you get a couple of lids. I LOVE IT!! I'm sure you'll love it too!!

HI!
Surgery Oct 14, 04.
Weight when journey started 310lbs
Weight before surgery 276
Current weight #222.
I have lost about 73 lbs since I started this journey. This was the best thing I have ever done. I have fibromalygia and when I was 70lbs heavier I could not walk for long without cronic pain, now I can move better. Still have the issues with the fibro; but I would do it again in a heart beat. Congrats to all the wls members on the other side and well wishes to the ones awaiting approval. I can eat most food, chicken, tuna, salmon, steak & chili. I love salads with tuna or chicken. I wish to tell every one to have a Happy New Year!
Topic: RE: Feeling great !!!!!
AWSOME!!! I can't imagine losing 96# that fast. Lucky you.
I've lost 45 so far. I'm just one of the slow losers I guess.
