The last couple of times I posted a "What did you eat today" I didn't get any replies... ??
Anyway
B - 1/2 c low carb Special K cereal with 1/2 c skim milk
L - 1 slice Lite Oat & Fiber bread, toasted with ICBINB (i cant believe its not butter) and 1 slice American cheese
S - 10 oz skim milk
D - 2 oz chicken, 1/3 c rice, corn, black beans, cheese, sauce & sour cream (a casserole)
S - handful Ritz Chips
Also drank 20 oz decaf tea and 16 oz protein drink. I didn't track it in FitDay - I am scared to see how many carbs there were. I DID do Richard Simmons "Sweatin' to the Oldies" and it was a riot! What a good workout - I feel it more today than when I go to Curves!!!

I found that I crave water also. I did this b/c I wasn't getting nearly enough water in, but I found that when I only drank water, then when I tried to drink something different it didn't taste the same. Now I find myself CRAVING water.

Way to go and doesn't it feel GOOD!!!! I've also went from a 26 to an 18 and can not see it. My girls are so upset with me because I don't see myself as they do. It's hard for us because we are so use to the OLD person. But we do need to shed that imagine, like we've shed those unwanted and unneeded pounds. Congrats girl and keep up the good work.
The surgery truly is a blessing. Take care of yourself and your family.

I had a WOW moment today.
My clothes are really hanging off me now. I am just about out of all the clothes I have gotten at the clothing exchanges. I decided to go to Catherine's and try to pick up something for work that at least fits. Mind you, when I had surgery I was wearing 26/28 pants and 5X tops. I picked up a few things to try on. A couple 2X blouses, a 2X dress, and size 20 skirt. They were all too big. I just stood there looking at my reflection. Why can't I see it? I have heard people say that before but now I understand. I came out of the dressing room and the sales gal said, oh those are way too big on you. I picked up another skirt size 18 and a 1X dress. The skirt fit but the dress was still too big. All I got was a skirt. All the way home I kept thinking that the clothes must be mis marked. When I got home and tried the skirt on it fit just fine.
This surgery is truly amazing.

It doesn't sound like too much to me. I can eat a taco no problem, I usually get the crunchy ones though, they seem to go down easier without wadding up. Love Beefy Jerky! Good Stuff.

Oh Janee... I have a hard hard time with water. Today I only got 33 ounces. I am trying to do better. That is 33 ounces more than I drank yesterday. I will try your suggestion. I hope it works.

B: Link Biscuit--took off top of biscuit and threw it away and ate 2 bites of the bottom and chuncked it--ate 3/4 of the sausage meat

Well, the protein sucks but look--I drank some water today. I didnt drink a shake or drink any milk so my protein is low--BUT LOOK---I drank some water!

Hey Steve... I am a little over 3 mos and I havent lost a pound in 2 weeks. I assumed it was my birth control but seeing yalls posts make me wonder if we really are just plateuaing. I plateaued at 3 weeks too. Sucks!!
