Yea, your calories do look low but I bet your protein was high! Your water looks amazing. I wish I could get that much water in. You go girl!
I have decided to go to the YMCA everyday after work and do the elliptical or something for at least 30 minutes. My daughter doesnt have to be picked up until 6. So 30 minutes is better than nothing. Wish me luck!

I agree! It would be really cool to see more activity on this site. I am more interested in having communication with people that had surgery the same month as mine. It is sometimes depressing because I am such a slow loser but I like to see where everyone is at and what they are doing so that maybe I can try something different and get some good ideas and advice.

I think I did good yesterday...FINALLY!
B - 1/2 ham and provolone sandwich on wheat bread
L - meatloaf and 3 bites mash potatoe
D - 1/2 turkey patty 3 spoons corn
S - 1/2 cup protein shake from gym
64oz water
Well I thought I did good but looking at it...I probably didn't get enough calories in! Oh and I did the stationary bike for 3 miles and treadmill for one mile.

Come on folks... Dont you want to be accountable for what you eat? Dont ya want to tell me what I ate was bad? Dont ya wanna talk about stuff we are eating.... Lets be a group and post our foods. You may be eating something good that I never thought of. It would give me a nice change. I see 10-15 reads on my posts but not 1 reply...Come on now... Get with it!
My plateau has broken... This morning I weighed 200.5. ALmost under 200. Its going to be great! Havent been there in a long time.

Yes...me too! I am down 55# since Oct. 22 and it "seems" like a year ago I was celebrating the 50# hurdle. However, I'm like all of you. I seem to sit still for a week or two then down it goes 2-3#s suddenly. I have to remind myself that we will continue to lose for 12-18 months so even if it slows down...it will still be better than ANYTHING done in the past. Also, the weird thing is I carry around water bottles all day, but they are rarely emptied. I don't know about all of you, but I am just now able to get down 2-3 ounces of meat at one sitting. I am drinking more milk, though. I know I should work on increasing the protein and water, but right now...I'm doing all I can without getting sick. I avoid nausea at all costs. My dr. did NOT recommend protein drinks so I'm working with the diet he gave me. Mostly, I think we are all doing great! Keep it up WLS buddies!

I tried to do good today on my water. I think I got more in today than I have in a long time.
Breakfast: cottage cheese
Snack: Beef jerky
Lunch: Chicken Salad (wasnt that good)
Snack: Beef Jerky
Supper: 2 bites of tuna... and 2 slices of tomato. The tuna just wasnt what I wanted. My daughter had a happy meal so I ate a few of her french fries.
MY CARBS ARE UNDER 20! Go me Go me Go me Go me!! I will have a protein drink later and that will add 180 to my calories =669 and the protein will be 73... I think I did good.

I'm so glad to see I'm not the only one! I was thinking I was eating too much or doing something wrong. Then I thought "what if the sugery doesn't work for me and I stop right here" UG!!!!!

Hi Christine,
I agree, I dont think your eating to much, if anything maybe you need to up it a little. I think a normal size soft taco is right for this far out, I can eat about 1/2 to 3/4 of a chicken mexi melt and 1/2 cup of beans from the Bell.. If you have a dietitian at your doctors office or support group, you should get them to help you balance this out some. Are you drinking milk? That is something I have found to help me also, use it to mix my protien shakes.
