I still cannot eat an entire scrambled egg!!! And I too loved scrambled eggs before surgery!!! I find that if I scramble it with a little milk and some cheese, that the taste is a little better. But I don't know if it is mental, or if it just fills me up really quick. About halfway through I feel like it is almost stuck in my throat!!!

Topic: RE: 1.Dizziness? & 2.protein grams?
I had surgery on 10/18 and have also started having occasional dizziness. The first time I had it was a few weeks ago. It got so bad that I went to the Dr. He said it was from the rapid weight loss and my body just had to readjust. He also ordered some labs, which came back fine. I do notice that when I don't eat enough or get in enough protein, I feel lightheaded. But, I feel so much better overall that this is a small price to pay. I know I'm eating "right" by the way I feel - GOOD!!! Nancy 382/287/180?

You go girl! Congratulations! I feel like I moved into an new town when I shop for clothes. I have NO IDEA where "normal" sizes are in the stores - and sometimes I feel like someone is going to say to me - "Mame - The plus sizes are in another department". And actually, I am still in shock that I can go to misses and juniors - size 12 - 16 pants (depending on the cut). Is there anyone else who just doesn't see the loss in the mirror? I am beginning to see it - and I've lost about 70 lbs. and 65 inches! Joann

I was thinking the same thing. I had surgery 10-6-04, and I know I dont get enough water and protein in. I am working on it .... but I wondered why all of a sudden I was having dizzy spells and feeling light-headed. I'm glad to know that at least I am not alone! Susan 288/204/150?? -- Adios -84 big ones to me too!!!!!!
