Topic: Sunday Morning Weigh In
Good Morning Everyone, I thought it might be helpful if we posted our progress every Sunday morning. I'm trying not to weigh myself several times a week because I was getting so frustrated with losing and gaining the same couple of pounds. So this week, I started writing down what I'm eating and I've finally started a regular exercise program. I was stuck for a couple of weeks, but this morning I had lost 2.5 pounds! Surgery date 10/18/04:294.5 Today: 219 Loss: -75.5 Share your weekly progress! Karen

I usually do more reading on this site, than posting. But, just wanted to share my news that I had lost 100 lbs for good, as of today. This site and all the support everyone gives everyone else has been invaluable. I have learned so much, both good and bad. I still have a long way to go to reach my goal, but just wanted to thank everyone for their support. This surgery has been the best thing I have done for myself in a very long time. Never once have I regretted it. Not only have I lost this first 100 lbs., I have also learned a new healthier lifestyle. I FEEL SO GOOD Nancy (RNY 10/18/04) 382/282/180?

Congratulations to everyone!!! pre surgery consultation: 341 lbs day before surgery: 321 lbs today: 244 total loss of: 97 lbs I cannot wait until I have lost 100lbs! Went from a size 26/28 to now wearing 18 (almost in a 16!) Hair is falling out and I have been dizzy and light headed for the last 3 weeks. I am definately seeing and feeling the weight loss. I am anxious to be in the single digit sizes and under 200 pounds! I will be throwing myself a party when that day comes!!!
